Description
The Spumante Rosè of Maurizio Donadi stands out for its intensity and depth which remains pleasantly in the mouth, accompanied by a sense of freshness. Floral and fruity notes that unfold on the palate in fresh and mineral notes. Only pinot noir grapes grown biodynamically.
Vinification:
The hand-picked grapes are pressed in whole bunches and the first fermentation (obviously spontaneous) takes place half in cement and half in amphorae. The wine is cold decanted in winter and then bottled whereafter it refines, improving with each passing year. A great sparkling wine.
Pairing:
Perfect with aperitifs and appetisers, it is a wine suitable for the whole meal. Try it with a spaghetti alle vongole.
