Weingaerten is a surprise of freshness pureness and drinkability. A blend of Welschriesling, Riesling and Grüner Sylvaner grapes macerated for 2 days. The biodynamic vineyards are growing in an area called Süd Steiermark; it’s Austria’s most southern wine growing region, where a gleam of mediterranean sun mixes with a continental climate. As all other der Rebenhof products also this wonderful Weingaerten is demeter biodynamic certified and made with no sulfites added.
2 days on maceration on the skins, with whole cluster top cap; fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Élevage in stainless steel tanks for 20 months. No filtration, natural decant and bottling. No so2 added
