Description
Tiet Jan from the Mas Gomà winery is made from what is a true family treasure: pure Xarello grapes from old vines that have reached 70 years of age, grown according to the strict principles of biodynamic agriculture
Mas Gomà gives us a natural white wine, slightly macerated, highly drinkable, fresh and smooth, with a rightly persistent finish.
Vinification
spontaneous fermentation, in steel tank without temperature control; the wine is then left to rest for 6 months and bottled without filtration, stabilization or clarification.
Pairing
Salted anchovies or grilled vegetables and white meats. Buzara.
