The grape varietal here is called “Famoso”; once thought to be an extinct variety of grape in Emila-Romagna, this hand-harvested, all natural wine, brings a truly unique personality to the table.
Vinification
Maturation of 2 months on natural ferments. Decantation of 2 months in concrete vats to ensure the clarity and evolution of the structure.

Claudio and Rita, both true enthusiasts, have dedicated their lives to the recovery of vineyards that have almost disappeared, such as Centesimino, re-evaluating production and territory in a sustainable way and in the name of biodiversity and nature.
