With stubbornness, Elisabetta was able to restore dignity to Teroldego, a great red wine that had been devalued by mass production, arriving with her Granato to create a monstrous red wine for consistency and aromas.
Elisabetta is also a modern and innovative woman; introducing refinements in terracotta amphorae and long macerations for always deep and surprisingly fresh wines. The new Fuoripista, an amber wine from Pinot Grigio grape macerated in amphora, is only the latest unmissable masterpiece.
