A bland of organic Merlot Plavina and Lasina grapes harvested by hand for a structured and juicy wine that we like to drink fresh. A rock’n’roll wine from Cota Winery with a deep complexity, medium body and nice fruity notes. Not oaked to preserve freshness and drinkability. No sulfites added at any point.
4-5 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in polyethylene and stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Organic
