Description
The red version o Tomac Marany use the same vinification of his white brother but using 100% Pinot Noir biodynamic grapes macerated for 3 weeks in Qvevri amphoraes imported directly from Georgia; the wine is then transferred from 1 year in 2000lt oak barrel and bottled unfiltered without any chemical addictive in any moment of the production.
The first biodynamic Croatian Pinot Noir wine marks or sure a new and modern approach to natural wines in Croatia where an ingenious simplicity replaces any chemical artifice. The result is an elegant and structured red natural wine with silky texture and spicy notes.

3 weeks maceration in Georgian amphoraes, 1 year in 2000lt oak barrel, bottled unfiltered
