A spumante without added sulphites produced from 100% Johannita grapes: a very rare cultivar of Teutonic origins (cross between Riesling, Seyve-Villard, Rulander and Gutedel).
A short period of skin contact gives it a cloudy yellow, almost green colour.

Spontaneous fermentation in steel with 6-day maceration of the skins, followed by a natural re-fermentation in the bottle without the addition of yeasts or sulphur, aging for 6 months in steel.
Exceptional as an aperitif or served with mixed land and sea appetizers.
