Vnification
Maturation for 2 months on natural ferments. Minimum stay in the bottle before marketing: 5 months.

We are in the middle of Romagna, on the first hills a few kilometers from the sea of Rimini and Riccione; a land where good food and good wine are part of the people’s culture.
