Description

The wine-growing area of Maribor is best known for white varieties, Furmint Laški Rizling (Welschriesling)and Sauvignon Blanc. Mikael Gross combined these three dominating grape varieties into a harmonic and delicate cuvée. It is a typical representative of the Maribor style.
A beautiful wine with Inviting aromas and the typical Haloze smokiness representative of the region, characteristic of the limy clay marl (opok). Inviting and refreshing acidity with a retained grip, mouth-watering and making you want one more glass

Vinification
spontaneous fermentation, twelve months maturation in large used wooden barrels, followed by four months maturation in steel tanks, no finings added, unfiltered

Pairing
Goes well with fish, seafood, veal and poultry. Tandoori
