Description
Villa Job’s Guastafeste is probably the signature wine of Villa Job.
Pure Pinot Gris biological grapes; harvested at the last moment almost with red grapes in order to have the maximum concentration. In this way, through the long skin contact in wooden barrels, Alessandro Job is able to extract all those botanical notes that you will find in the bottle. This wine is nicknamed “a missed Vermouth” where artemisia and rosemary are the masters. The name Guastafeste comes from the very strong determination in demonstrating that this international grape in Friuli, must have the same reputation as the most famous others grape varieties.
Alessandro recommends opening the bottle 30 minutes before drinking and drinking it at a cool but not cold temperature.
