Description
Grande Waldo by Nikolas Juretic is a particular and intriguing wine that combines elegance, richness and energy in a very drinkable and satisfying sip. Obtained from a master blend of Malvasia, Tocaj and Ribolla, with short maceration on the skins, and then refined in used oak barrels.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in little boxes when the parcel is ready, the mixed varieties in the same field are harvested together. The grapes were processed by stomping them with the feet without de-stemming and start the maceration in concrete vats. The fermentation starts spontaneously and the maceration is from 3 to 6 days long. After the pressing, the wine is transferred in oak barrels and finish the fermentation and ages for 11 months.
