Description
Granato is the wine that put Foradori on the international wine map. Produced in a small piece of land surrounded by mountains it preserve the true character of the grape in the expression of its land of origin. A great Classic inside biodynamic productions and a wine that should be on every good canteen. Great for aging.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in open oak barrels and 20-30 days of skins maceration
Aging 15 months in acacia barrels of 20-40 hl and 3 months in concrete tanks
Pairing
A great glass of purely natural red wine. Ever.
