Description
The Signature Wine of Bence Szilágyi:
an incredibly fresh expression of Furmint from organic grapes growning on limestone soils near Lake Balaton.
Part direct-pressed and part whole bunch fermented, short skin maceration and fruity aromas.
A refreshing with electric acidity balanced by chalky minerals for a love at the first sight wine.
Aged in a mix of old oak barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no added sulphur whatsoever.
Vinification
50 % direct press, 50 % carbonic maceration, spontaneous (and very slow) fermentation in neutral barrels with indigenous yeasts. No So2 at any stage

Shellfish especially crab and prawns. Chicken or duck liver. Roast goose
