Description
Energetic and brimming with flavor, the Chaminé Branco by Cortes de Cima is made from grapes grown on the sandy soils of the coastal vineyards in Vila Nova de Milfontes and from the limestone soils in inland Vidigueira.
Organically farmed, using only regenerative practices.
A superb mix of local white grapes variety, all rigorously organic, of Alvarinho, Viognier, Moscatel and Sauvignon Blanc. For a wine that is surprisingly elegant, very refreshing, perfectly balanced and absolutely territorial,
A must to try!
Vinification
Natural fermentation in separate stainless steel tanks; after malolactic the wines are blended together in a single tank where they age on lees for 18 months before bottling
Pairing
Seafruits, Thai food, Buzara. Spaghetti alle vongole.
