Description

A wine that improves over the years, thanks to its fresh and lively acidity. It is for this reason that, only in the years in which quality and quantity allow it, a pure Barbera like this wonderful Camporomano is produced.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, in used French oak barrels, wooden vats of 40 hectoliters and bottle for the necessary time, no filtration and no addition of sulphites
Pairing
It is a wine for the whole meal, ideal to be paired with a land menu. Excellent with tortellini with meat sauce. Also try barbecue with any type of meat, fatty fish, and even root veg. The flavor is gorgeous with the acidity.
