Description
A sparkling “spumante” without added sulphur and without disgorgement, it comes from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes grown in Trentino pergola. Natural, fragrant and of great freshness, it is one of those wines that is nice to be captivated by.
The “Metodo Interrotto” or Interrupted Method cuvée essentially refers to an unfinished méthode champenoise, with bottle re-fermentation, and can be considered the pinnacle of Furlani’s winemaking as well as the foundation on which all his other wines are built. The aromas are vivid, and the textures are pristine and multilayered. Not just “on par” with Champagne…these go to places Champagne can’t even dream of.
