Description
Anselmo from Cantina Etnella directed by Davide Bentivegna is a red natural wine vinified with native and organic grapes 85% Nerello Mascalese and 15% Nerello Cappuccio. As written on the label “Anselmo is the bad farmer – he makes mistakes because he does not listen to nature. My mentor, when I made mistakes, used to tell me: You did this one a la Ansemlo. This wine represent an acknowledgment of human error”
Vinification:
spontaneous fermentation in steel and 4 years of aging in large barrels
Pairings:
risotto, tagliatelle or ravioli, or with meat-based sauces; it is also a perfect wine to pair with mixed grilled meats, including pork sausage, red meat or horse meat.
