Maurizio Donadi, authentic Master among natural Italian sparkling wines, gives us one of the very rare examples of completely natural prosecco method. From rigorously organic Glera grapes grown by hand, a wonderfully drinkable and convivial wine, suitable for a beautiful occasion, an aperitif with friends or an important dinner. Perfumes, fine, fruity, slightly aromatic.
Vinification:
Rigorously organic Glera grapes harvested by hand and pressed whole to ferment spontaneously in cement tanks; subsequently the wine is decanted into an autoclave where the fermentation ends. Bottled without any additions.
Pairing:
Ham and salami. It goes perfectly with mollusks and crustaceans, and with seafood dishes in general. Prosecco is the perfect party wine!
