The Premno White of the Tatsis winery comes from rigorously organic grapes of malagouzia, roditis, and assyrtiko, which are vinified separately and then assembled.
Intense aromas of white flowers, hints of tropical fruit and clear salty sensations make up a compact and harmonious bouquet that immediately leads to the Aegean Sea.
On the palate it is fresh, very drinkable and very flavoursome.
The different varieties are vinified separately with delicate pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks thanks to the intervention of indigenous yeasts only. Maturation always takes place in steel on the fine lees for a few months before bottling
Pair it with raw fish marinated in citrus; fried sardele or white fish.
