Description

The Barbera dei colli bolognesi is maintained and desired by Federico in the name of a project of recovery of the varietals of the territory, and of tradition, and is rigorously produced with only biodynamic grapes.
A wine of great freshness and fruit, where the wood harmonizes and does not disturb, and the sip flows easily and lively.

Vinification
Maceration for 3-4 weeks and spontaneous fermentation in large Slavonian oak vats. Aging 12 months in Slavonian barrels plus another 9 in the bottle.

Pairing
Cold cuts, lasagna and tortellini. Do you know “cotechino”?
