Description
Plavac Križ “White Label” is a great representative of the South Dalmatian terroir. A full-bodied and quite tannic wine both rich and approachable with an antique charm and exceptional drinkability
Soil and vine are treated by hand, without the use of harmful chemicals. The approach to wine production is ecological. Natural yeasts are preserved in the soil and in the grapes themselves, so that there is no need for selected yeasts.
Vinification
It ferments with indigenous yeasts in open vessels, then refinement in 600-litre neutral wooden containers for approximately a year. Afterwards, it rests in the bottle for six months
