Cerasuolo Le Cince De Fermo Rosè is a biodynamic Montepulciano, vinified in white, that Stefano produces with unstoppable and contagious passion. It has been bottled since 2012, in the very suitable terroir of Loreto Aprutino, which is located in the Abruzzo hinterland between the Adriatic Sea and the Gran glacier Sasso, in the southernmost reaches of the continent. Fresh, crispy and so drinkable. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink. A gem.
The manual harvest with careful selection of the bunches is the mainstay of a product that does not require forced intervention. In the cellar after the destemming, the spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place only by indigenous yeasts, in wooden and concrete containers. The refinement of the liquid takes place in large wooden barrels and lasts about 8-10 months.
