Description
Grignolino it’s one of Piedmont’s most distinctive red wines and this “G” version by Auriel is one of those wines you fall in love with at the first glass; a vibrant, structured and extremely territorial wine. Black pepper, oriental spices, cherry, berries and memoires of undergrowth enclosed in a disarming simplicity.
The rediscovery of a magnificent territory enclosed in a glass.
Marvelous.
Vinification
Natural fermentation on indigenous yeasts, biodynamic, unfiltered. Aging one year only in steel
Pairing
A great food wine… and would be best paired with salumi or a pasta with a hearty sauce. Fuži and Pljukanci at gogo
