Description
Gorca has been a well-known wine-growing town for generations. On its hills lie the three vineyards where Gross Furmint grows. The extremely thin, slightly perforated skin of this variety reacts sensitively to weather influences. Harvesting isn’t possible every year but when Mikael and Maria decide to go for the furmint the result is amazing.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation, ten months maturation in large used woo- den barrels, followed by four months maturation in steel tanks, no finings added, unfiltered. No sulfites added
Pairing
goes well with fish, poultry and warm starters; to try with dagnje na buzaru
