The Pošip produced by the duo Kovač Marinović is another great natural wine produced in Croatia in the beautiful Korčula island and from totally organic vineyards positioned in the picturesque Smokvica village on the souther part of the island. This edition named “Evans” was left for 6 months in spent barrels gaining considerable depth while maintaining exceptional freshness
Vineyard owners and farmers, family Marinović, have collaborated with Marko Kovač to best express the vineyard and the vintage by using the lowest intervention methods possible.
