A strong and intense wine, full-bodied, with a thickness of smells and sensations that make it one of the best refermented wines we have tried. But in the case of the “Caotico” to speak of refermented is an understatement; this wine is bottled even before the first fermentation closes, therefore it has a continuous evolution, also lending itself to long aging. There is no intervention; the yeasts are indigenous ones, there is no filtration; obviously no addition of sulphites. A wine with a ruby red color, warm and enveloping to be enjoyed at room temperature or only slightly cooled to fully grasp its sensational depth.
