Brut Natur Rosé by Cantina Furlani, produced without added sulphites from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, has a beautiful, slightly cloudy pink colour with lively bubbles. In the mouth: great drinkability, pleasantness, and the full experience of yeasts which enhances the mineral strength of this wine’s alpine origin.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Base wine is re-fermented in bottles with neutral yeast added. No added sugar, no disgorgement, and no sulphur addition.
