Furlani

Furlani is a small, young, and dynamic winery located in the mountains surrounding the city east of the municipality of Trento, already very well-known in Italy and abroad for the superb quality of the wines produced there.
Matteo Furlani, a young Italian winemaker, has always been devoted to natural wine and specializes in the production of sparkling wines without added sulphites and with great personality. This he manages with great passion and enthusiasm, and his offerings impress with their freshness, exciting drinkability, and their irresistibibility even before tasting due to the alluring colours and presentation of the bottles. But they aren’t all about appearance; the wines are also carefully made.
The vineyards reach 720 m in altitude. The agricultural methods are based on the principles of biodynamics, and are thus conducted with the total rejection of herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers. In the cellar, vinification occurs without added yeasts and without temperature control, no sulphur is added, and the lunar cycles are followed for decanting.
