Arnold Holzer is a genius!
There is no other way to define what he has created with his revolutionary raw petnats (white and rosé) bottled in 500 ml flip-top bottles. Easy to open, easy to drink, refreshing and thirst-quenching… a new concept of modern but totally natural wine made without any addition of sulfites and using indigenous yeast from the local grape varieties (Grüner, Zweigelt and Roesler) of the viticultural region of Wagram in Austria, a few kilometers north of Wien.

On the 16 hectare estate, the innovative winemaker Arnold Holzer draws on
the unique bounty of nature, with a great deal of creativity, a distinctive style, and
a sense for delicious creations.
