De Fermo

De Fermo is a winery with ancient origins dating back to 1785, but reborn in 2010 from the intuition of Stefano Papetti and Eloisa De Fermo, who took over the ancient property located in the highest part of Loreto Apruntino and made it one of the places of worship of natural wine production in Italy.
All production methods are conceived of and carried out fully respecting nature, the natural rhythms of the vine, and the fertility of the earth using biodynamic techniques. Therefore, low impact techniques are used, without herbicides and chemicals, aimed at returning something of what was given by the plant itself. The harvest is done manually and the whole bunches are left to ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, so no external intervention will preclude, modify, or control the final result.
