A few kilometers from Parma, on the first hills of Emilia at 500 meters above sea level, Marco Rizzardi has made Crocizia one of the symbols of refermentation in the bottle.

The wines, bottled in spring with a light residual sugar, referment using the yeasts in a healthy and genuine way, giving life to fresh and lively wines, fun and irresistible.
Crocizia has been certified organic since 2003 but Marco’s sensitivity, respect and love for his land go beyond any certification. Filtrations, stabilizers, clarifiers and enzymes are strictly banned.

Marco’s handcrafted and authentic side is already represented by the beautiful labels on the bottles, but what will surprise you most will be the incredible drinkability and lightness of his wines.
